Celebrating One Fine Sky’s 7th Anniversary: Realizing Indonesian Children’s Dreams One Fine Sky, a social movement dedicated to making Indonesian children’s dreams come true, is celebrating its 7th anniversary with excitement and innovation. To mark this special occasion, they are hosting Pasar Sandang Pangan and launching a new collaborative collection with BIN House, showing their commitment to sustainability, culture, and supporting local artisans.
Pasar Sandang Pangan, held at Savyavasa Experience Gallery, is a vibrant market curated by One Fine Sky. This market supports local artisans’ sustainability and economy, offering high-quality products that also help preserve Indonesia’s cultural heritage.
One Fine Sky, through Yayasan Angkasa Biru, provides free school uniforms to boost children’s confidence and help them pursue their education. Each item sold by One Fine Sky funds a complete set of uniforms for children across Indonesia. So far, they have donated 24,466 uniforms in over 36 locations from Sumatra to Papua.
The new collection with BIN House, called "Sabda Alam," blends traditional Indonesian designs with modern style. It features white shirts, kebayas, and batik ukel pakis fabrics with blue gradients. This collection also includes unique brooches with the One Fine Sky cloud emblem, made using a special stitching technique.
The collection uses Ecovero, an environmentally friendly material that decomposes naturally without harming the environment. BIN House, led by textile designer Josephine Kumara, ensures the high quality of Indonesian textiles while preserving their cultural values. One Fine Sky hopes this collaboration will encourage more public support for Indonesian creations and positively impact children. By purchasing from One Fine Sky and its partners, the public helps further their social mission. Let’s support this cause together for a brighter future for the next generation.
