Started out from their lifestyle needs as a couple and young parents, Boedi Basoeki and Aisyah Iskandar are always on the lookout for alternative solutions with good design and good quality that can be obtained at an accessible price point. Inspired by how heritage brands cultivate their narrative, they seek original stories at the heart of the things that they acquire.
Seeing the industry’s gap for a provider of such, they then decided to partner up in 2017, consolidating the communication agency ASA and its sister, the lifestyle and retail distributor company In Alphabetical Order, under Alphabet Company. And with it, they started to share stories that matter through both its services and brands.
Job Function
Developing long term good and beneficial relationships with all business stakeholders for the lifestyle marketing & communication agency.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for the client and be an ambassador for the company at meetings and networking events.
- Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responding to requests.
- Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and following actions.

The Content Creator will be driving user engagement to turn business objectives into creative output.
Responsibilities
- Passion for creating impact through storytelling with a keen interest in solving user problems through content. The main focus is to create the proper communication – copy, visuals, and audio to heighten user acquisition.
- Curate relevant and trending topics from internal or external sources and repurpose them into the creative and relevant content.
- Willing to dive in-depth understanding of our target audience and craft all of our creative campaigns based on these findings.
- Develop and collaborate with designers and other teams to achieve business objectives.
- Help develop and execute strategies across social media channels, including but not limited to contests, brand partnerships and interactive content.
- Implement a solid content production plan and deliver output according to the brand’s tone of voice.
- Perform as a personality for purpose on social media (e.g. Instagram, Tiktok and Live session)
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

PR & Influencer Marketing will help develop and execute the PR & influencer marketing strategy & initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and innovative plans for PR & Influencer Marketing for different campaigns and markets
- Coordinate tailored PR & influencer market approaches to make the brand stand out and be more relevant to local consumers.
- Develop creative and innovative event concepts and execute the production of these PR / Influencer events

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
